Welcome to TextaVibe, a service provided by HJDEV (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://textavibe.com (the “Site”) and our services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using TextaVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

TextaVibe helps you receive curated Spotify track links via email or SMS at scheduled times based on your selected preferences (“routine”).

You must:

Be legally capable of entering into a contract.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Use OAuth Sign-In to create and access your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

TextaVibe is a paid service, billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are refundable within 30 days of the initial subscription date.
Subscriptions beyond 30 days from the initial subscription date are non-refundable.
To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact [email protected].
Refund requests must include your account details and the reason for the request.
Refunds will be processed within payment processor timelines.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse or fraud.
We may modify this refund policy at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

4. Advertising and Promotional Emails

• TextaVibe may send you emails that include service updates, promotions, or advertisements for our own or third-party products and services. • Promotional emails will be clearly identified with a label such as “[Advertisement]” or “[Ad]” in the subject line or email body. • By using our Service, you agree to receive such communications. If you are located in the European Union or other jurisdictions requiring prior consent, we will request your explicit consent separately. • You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in the emails or by adjusting your account settings. • Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not affect the receipt of important service-related communications. • All promotional communications will include the sender’s name, address, and a clear method for opting out. • Third-party advertisements included in our communications are the sole responsibility of the third parties, and HJDEV is not responsible for their content.

5. Service Availability

We aim for consistent delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Delivery of SMS or email messages may be delayed due to third-party providers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service without notice. We’re not liable for outages or delays beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

TextaVibe and its content, branding, and technology are the property of HJDEV. You may not copy, modify, or use any of our assets without permission.

7. Spotify Trademark Notice

Spotify is a registered trademark of Spotify AB. TextaVibe is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Spotify AB. All Spotify trademarks, logos, and brand elements used in the Service are the property of Spotify AB and are used in accordance with applicable trademark laws and guidelines.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms.
Required by law.
Your subscription payment fails repeatedly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HJDEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
